The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers' technical issues. You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Your ability to work in complex networking environment will also make you an ideal candidate.
Responsibilities
1.Responsible for all Growatt products after sales in Kenya/South Africa/Nigeria
(only one of those countries)
2. Respond to customer questions received via phone, Whatsapp, email
3. Supervise distributors and installers in the installation and commissioning of equipment on site
4. Travel to exhibitions and customer visits
5. Complete customer training
Qualifications
1. Power electronics preferred, preferably in the photovoltaic industry
2. Ability to learn multi-series products quickly
3. Proactive and hard-working
3. Fluent in English
4. Strong communication skills
5. Working in Kenya/South Africa/Nigeria (only one of those cities)
6. Familiar with basic instrumentation such as multimeter, 485 tool etc.

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for all Growatt products technical support in Poland and Eastern Europe region
2. Remote technical support for product issue via telephone call, email and social communication software or APPs.
3. Field services including onsite inspection & repair, inverter swap & fitting, inverter maintenance and customer visits.
4. Collect product failures, output feedback of major quality issues, coordinate with staff in HQ to improve product quality.
5. Work reports, troubleshooting documentation and comply with company
Qualifications

Product Marketing Manager/Specialist

Job responsibility
1.Work with local Regional Sales Leadership to plan, execute and track impactful monthly marketing plans, promote Growatt brand within regional market.
2.Plan, execute and measure impact of 3rd party events and trade show sponsorships as well as Growatt or field distributors’ hosted events and localized client/customer forums.
3.Support sales team and distributors for project technical proposals, workshop, webinars and product demonstration etc.
4.Improve the capability of sales team and local distributors through providing continuous training and technical consultancy.
5.Collect the field market intelligence and support new product development or upgrade, define and implement the new product go-to-market plan for regions, create the local language marketing document and videos for product/solution promotion.
6.Maintain long term cooperation and good relationships with field distributers and channel customers.
Requirement
1.Polish and English speaking are mandatory.
2.Bachelor's degree or above.
3.Active, conscientious, strong responsibility feeling in working. Good communication ability & team working. Well in task planning & target hitting.
4.1-3 years of experience working in product marketing, service or pre-sales technical role. Familiar with solar industry market, PV inverter, energy storage products and applications, know how to professional communicate with local distributers or end users.
5.Frequent business travel.
